The local session stores a random reader id, plan entitlements, an optional ZIP you type, and an optional gallery name. Paper lots, watchlists, and alert stubs live in the server data store keyed by that id. GPS is not requested.

Member pages use public bioguide portraits and public filings. We do not publish home addresses or private phone numbers. Stripe receives the checkout details when you pay. Clerk, when configured, receives the account email. Resend, when configured, would receive alert destinations. Those keys are unset in this build.

Official filing PDFs are cached on the machine that runs the scrape worker, not in the browser.
